| The rooms were clean and service was friendly. However everything had a strong musty moldy smell. |

| There was no continental breakfast as promised. The indoor pool was not heated.
The hotel used to be another hotel and the
Ramada Inn had not gotten everything switched to the correct hotel.
There was no coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator in the room as promised. I was told by the desk clerk that there would be an additional charge for those items. There was no internet hookup in the room so I could conduct my business, I had to leave the hotel and go to a coffee shop to conduct my business for the 4 days I was in Lancaster, PA. Air conditioner leaked all over floor. |

| The hotel just switched from holiday inn to ramada. Once renovations are done it'll be even better. My only complaint would be the pool was really cold & the room the pool is in was cold so I didn't use it & my son only lasted 15 minutes before I made him get out because he was so cold. |

| I do not normaly write anything in the comment section of these things, but I feel it nessasary to share my thoughts. This was a great hotel!! The staff was friendly and and the rooms were very clean! I would deffinatly stay there again. |

| Hotel was ok for the money. I think it was just under new management when we stayed, so I hope they are able to improve their service. My girls loved the indoor pool - it was clean and warm. However, the hotel ran out of towels in the pool area and for the rooms. I found this a little strange, especially since the hotel wasn't filled. It also still needed work done and was a little messy from this. |

| I stayed here during a visit with my 3 kids. The room was much better than I had hoped for, the staff was very helpful and the renovations were great. |

| Stayed with my family at the hotel and found the hotel to be sufficient for our needs. We had as great time in their pool and found the roooms to be spacious and the beds comfortable. The price was excellent as well.... |

| - Noisy Unit Ventilator;
- TV signal kept breaking up;
- Mold around tub;
- One pillow on king-size bed (they did provide more when asked);
- Single cup coffee maker in room - coffee pod provided for only one cup;
- Heard alarm clock in adjoining room.
This Ramada was "under new management" and recently changed from another chain. Maybe the change was so recent that these issues will soon be corrected. Staff was very pleasant but hotel was not up to my expectations for a Ramada. |

| We stayed 6 nights and there were 5 of us in the room, 2 adults and 3 kids. We had 2 king size beds that were very comfortable and 1 bed accommodated all 3 kids. The room was spacious with room enough for the kids to play. The pool area was nice and we used it several times during the week. The area was well lite at night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The downside, there was no breakfast offered. They were a little stingy with the coffee. My husband had to either go to the front desk or call the front desk every morning to have more coffee packs delivered. We also ran out of toilet paper twice. The bathroom was very small which made it difficult to bathe the kids. I had trouble connecting to the wireless internet in the pool area but it worked great in the room. |
